… Let’s just talk. I’ll give you as much time as you want. I’ll tell you what you need to know.[5] Lots of great things to tell you about.[6]

Today I’m very proud of myself.[7] I’ve had a great success in my life.[8] I’ve never really changed. Nothing’s changed my mind. I’ve been known as being a very smart guy for a long time.[9] To me it’s very simple: if you’re going to be thinking anyway, you might as well think big. And that gives people like me a great advantage.[10] I can never apologize for the truth. I don’t mind apologizing for things but I can’t apologize for the truth.[11] The concept of shaking hands is absolutely terrible, and statistically I’ve been proven right.[12]

I surround myself with the best people. I know the best people.[13] Set the example, and you’ll be a magnet for the right people. That’s the best way to work with people you like.[14] I love the poorly educated.[15] I study cowards and stupid people.[16] Of course I hate these people and let’s all hate these people because maybe hate is what we need if we’re gonna get something done.[17] I think there has to be a trust. There actually has to be a trust. If you don’t trust, you’re not going to do very well.[18]

One of the problems when you become successful is that jealousy and envy inevitably follow. There are people—I categorize them as life’s losers—who get their sense of accomplishment and achievement from trying to stop others.[19] Sorry losers and haters, but my I.Q. is one of the highest -and you all know it![20]

Now, if your boss is a sadist, then you have a big problem.[21] She is a very special person with extraordinary talents, who has done an incredible job![22] She was great in thanking people last night![23] I’ll say it with great respect: Number one, she’s not my type. Number two, it never happened. It never happened, OK?[24] Why? Maybe because I’m so good looking.[25]

My persona will never be that of a wallflower – I’d rather build walls than cling to them.[26] I am the BEST builder, just look at what I’ve built.[27] I’ll walk into that audience, I’ll walk in there, I’ll kiss everyone in that audience. I’ll kiss the guys and the beautiful women and everybody. I’ll just give you a big, fat kiss. No, but there is something — I won’t have to be locked up in my basement. I wouldn’t allow that to happen anyway.[28]

Yeah, that’s her. With the gold. I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know, I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait.[29]  My fingers are long and beautiful, as, it has been well documented, are various other parts of my body.[30] Read the Transcript. It is PERFECT![31]

The part of my life I think I’m most disappointed in is that I have not had the great marriage. And I would have thought that would have happened, because I came from a home—you know, it’s not like some of my friends, they get divorced, but their parents were divorced twice or three times. I came from a home where marriage was just incredible. I mean, my parents truly loved each other.[32]

I thought today’s women were independent and had a lot of sexual freedom. Well, I guess they fooled me.[33] She’s a slob, she talks like a truck driver. She treated employees worse than any human being I’ve ever witnessed and I’ve dealt with some of the toughest human beings alive.[34] I fully understand why her former husband left her for a man – he made a good decision.[35] I moved on her, actually. You know, she was down on Palm Beach. I moved on her, and I failed. I’ll admit it.[36]

I loved my previous life. I had so many things going. I didn’t know it was going to be this severe, but I really knew it was going to be bad.[37]I thought it would be easier.[38] Because I think it’s a very mean life.[39]

I’m leaving now.[40]  It’s going to be a fantastic farewell.[41]

Tremendous success tonight …  [42]
