I’ve Spent Years Growing My LinkedIn Presence — Here’s How AI Has Helped Me Take It to a Bigger Stage

I’ve Spent Years Growing My LinkedIn Presence — Here’s How AI Has Helped Me Take It to a Bigger Stage

By Josh Reinecke

Being the heir to a highly successful internal pen components empire is just as difficult as it sounds. Ever since I’ve inherited the company, I’ve had to spend my days watching endless Instagram Reels from some dull office, continually interrupted by useless updates from my lazy employees on how they are running the business. Needless to say, it’s quite the downgrade from scrolling at home like I used to do. Such is the burden of a businessman, I guess.

It was a regular Wednesday morning, I was googling Frederick Sprung, my own name, and I came upon my long forgotten LinkedIn account. As it turns out, going from “Frederick Sprung: amateur music producer” to “Frederick Sprung: President of Sprung Springs and Ink Inc.” had sent my follower count through the roof.

I wrote my first post on that very day, not because I had anything useful to say, but because I wanted to seem like an intellectual. Through hard work and gri(f)t, I have been able to come up with BS such as “My uncle’s death taught me these three things about inbound sales systems:” every Wednesday since 2023. Even with six rest days between each post, my posting career really took a toll on my mental health.

But then, ChatGPT 5.0 was released. It changed everything.

Previous models had been worthless, spouting the same common sense tips and tricks over and over again. But 5.0 is different, it’s able to write just like a business mogul such as myself would. That is to say, without soul, wit, or compassion.

One evening, I was recovering from typing up my newest post (entitled “Sleeping in your cubicle is supposed to be uncomfortable, that’s why you do it”), when I thought to myself, “There has to be a better way. Should I really have to grind my fingers to the bone every week just to be able to express myself?”

At that very moment, like a boon of knowledge from Prometheus himself, the ad flashed across my Instagram Reels feed.

“GPT 5.0 Pro is here. We’ll do the busy work so you can just be you.”

Nowadays, I  just sit down at my computer and type this one key sentence which was able to unlock my LinkedIn potential: “generate seven corporate sounding LinkedIn posts advising people to sacrifice family time for work time.” Copy. Paste. Schedule one post for each day of the week. And boom, my task is done.

I have multiplied my output sevenfold while simultaneously eliminating my overwhelming daily stress. For example, here is my schedule for posts this week, all generated in seconds.

Monday: “OSHA isn’t watching as close as you think”

Tuesday: “Why I never write in pencil.”

Wednesday: “Hate hump day? The seven day work week might be for you.”

Thursday: “Employees hate this one simple trick!”

Friday: “Nothing is given. Follow these three steps to take what you deserve.”

Saturday: “The world runs on even numbers, work 8-6.”

Sunday: “What supplements I’m taking to outwork my competition.”

This increased posting frequency has helped me to reach a greater audience than ever before. More and more people are now benefitting from my advice, and comments like, “I’ll be implementing this with my employees starting today!” and “this is the only way, some people will never get it…”, are really helping me build a strong ego.

With more free time and an increased viewership, it even became financially viable for me to distill some of my vast business knowledge into a book. For only $49.99 you can now purchase Avunculicide: Your Ticket to A Better Future today! With a beautiful red spine and a long word in the title, it’s the perfect addition to the unread copy of Thus Spoke Zarathustra and the thoroughly read copy of The Game on your bookshelf.
